Eligibility: Higher One Deposit Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of 11/30/11, except employees & their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, & siblings & their respective spouses) & those living in the same household of each of Higher One, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”), & each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, & advertising & promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”). This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, & local laws & regulations. Void where prohibited.
Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/30/11 & ends at 11:59:59PM ET on 2/29/12 (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes will be divided into three (3) separate Monthly Entry Periods (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”).
How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 1) Receive one (1) entry for having two (2) or more consecutive non-refund deposits of $300 or more (each deposit must be a minimum of $300) to your Higher One account from the OneAccount Suite of products within one (1) Monthly Entry Period. The OneAccount Suite of products includes the OneAccount, OneAccount Flex, & OneAccount Premier; visit www.higheroneaccount.com for complete details. This automatic entry method will only be available to customers who have not made two (2) or more consecutive deposits (non-refund) within 6-months prior to a given Monthly Entry Period. Checks mailed in or scanned for deposits will not be eligible for automatic entry receipt. Deposit account posting date will determine Sweepstakes entry date, not date deposit is made; or 2) To enter without having a Higher One account or making a deposit & receive one (1) entry, hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, & the words “Higher One Deposit Sweepstakes” on a plain 3”x 5” piece of paper & mail it in a sealed, stamped & hand printed #10 envelope as follows: Between 11/30/11 & 12/31/11, mail to: Higher One Deposit Sweepstakes Entry, Higher One, 25 Science Park, New Haven, CT 06511; between 1/1/12 & 2/29/12, mail to: Higher One Deposit Sweepstakes entry, Higher One, 105 Munson Street, New Haven, CT 06511. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately & received by the applicable Monthly Entry Period mail-in deadline as outlined below. Limit one (1) entry per person or Higher One account each Monthly Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received from any person or Higher One account during a given Monthly Entry Period will be void. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Entries made by script, macro or other automated means & entries made by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Your deposit and/or your submission of a 3" x 5" mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes & your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, & transfer your name, address & other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, postage-due, stolen, inaccurate, delayed, garbled or mutilated entries, deposits, or mail; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, deposits, or mail, or any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, deposit processing, or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or any technical problem; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; & any other errors or problems in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of deposits, the selection or announcement of winners or in awarding of prizes; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate entry or deposit information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Sweepstakes, human error, or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any & all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes &, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner(s) for the Monthly Entry Period drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to the event that required such termination.
(300) Monthly Prizes/(100) Prizes Per Month: $100 awarded in the form of a check (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”=$100 each). Total ARV of all prizes=$30,000. Federal, state, & local taxes & all other expenses not specified herein are winners’ sole responsibility. Limit one (1) prize per person, Higher One account, or household.
Winner Selection & Monthly Entry Periods: Monthly Prize winners will be selected in a total of three (3) individual random drawings from among all eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry Period per the dates listed below. Entries received during each Monthly Entry Period will not carry forward to subsequent Monthly Prize drawings. Odds of winning a Monthly Prize will depend on number of eligible entries received for each applicable drawing.

All drawings will be conducted by Higher One, Inc., whose decisions will be final & binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by P/S/T by telephone and/or mail. In the event of a dispute as to any entry received via deposit, the authorized account holder of the Higher One account will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person in whose name the Higher One account appears, as determined by Sponsor. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor at its sole discretion due to prize unavailability or causes otherwise determined solely by Sponsor, & then for a prize of comparable or greater value. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing, with these Official Rules, the inability to contact a potential winner, or return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification & awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & agree that: 1) Released Parties & their designees & assigns shall have the right & permission to use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, biographical information, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format, online or offline, now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, or notification; & 2) Released Parties & their designees & assigns & all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives & agents shall have no liability & will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal & civil laws &, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries & seek damages & other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
