Atlanta Tech, Augusta State, Albany State and Clayton State Among 10 Georgia Institutions to Adopt Higher One’s Refund Management disbursement service

NEW HAVEN, CT, November, 2006 - Atlanta Technical College, Augusta State University and Clayton State University in Georgia, announced today that they have joined over 10 other Georgia higher education institutions in implementing Higher One's OneDisburse® Refund Management disbursement service. Higher One was recently named the preferred vendor of choice for Refund Management for the Georgia higher educational system including the University System of Georgia (USG) and the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education (DTAE).

Atlanta Technical College Adopts Proven Refund Management Atlanta Technical College, located in Atlanta, GA today announced they have partnered with Higher One. Atlanta Technical College will be using Higher One's OneDisburse^® Refund Management.

Prior to Higher One, Atlanta Technical College handled all disbursements in-house, producing student reimbursement checks through their accounts payable office. Their goal with signing on with Higher One was to streamline their entire disbursement process and provide an electronic means for students to receive disbursements. Higher One's OneDisburse^® will allow students to get their refunds faster and with more options than before. HigherOne will benefit ATC employees by alleviating the heavy workload due to in-house disbursements.

Albany Sate University(ASU), located in Albany, GA today announced that they have partnered with Higher One, the leading provider of customized financial services dedicated exclusively to the higher education market to improve how refunds are disbursed to their students. Albany State University will be using Higher One's OneDisburse^® Refund Management.

Prior to Higher One, Albany State University handled all disbursements in-house; producing student reimbursement checks through their accounts payable office and then mailed them to students. Their goal with signing on with Higher One was to streamline their entire disbursement process and provide an electronic means for students to receive disbursements. Higher One's OneDisburse will allow students to get their refunds faster and with more options than before.

Clayton State University Delivers Improved, Student-Centric Refund Solution Clayton State University (CSU) today announced that they have partnered with Higher One, a leading provider of customized financial services dedicated exclusively to the higher education market to improve how refunds are disbursed to their students. Clayton State University will be using Higher One's OneDisburse^® Non ID Refund Management.

Prior to Higher One, Clayton State University made disbursements by printing their checks internally and students came to pick them up, this caused very long lines at the financial aid office as well as being an inconvenience to the staff. Clayton State University plans to implement Higher One's OneDisburse Non ID Refund Management, which will help the college reduce administrative costs, streamline business processes, increase student choice and improve the student experience.
