Five Lucky Higher One OneAccount Cardholders are Now $2,000 Richer Thanks to Higher One Sweepstakes

NEW HAVEN, CT, March, 2006 - Higher One, a leading provider of customized financial services dedicated exclusively to the higher education market today announced the five winners of the "Choose Your Card.Choose Your Trip" Sweepstakes. Higher One implemented the Sweepstakes to give the growing number of students using their OneAccounts to make Debit MasterCard purchases the chance to take an unforgettable Spring Break vacation.

The Higher One "Choose Your Card.Choose Your Trip" Sweepstakes ran January 9, 2006 through February 17, 2006. Every time students used their card to make a Debit MasterCard purchase they were automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. The more they used their card, the more automatic Sweepstakes entries they were able to acquire. Higher One selected five lucky winners at random from all Higher One Cardholders to win $2,000.

"Using my card is so convenient, it saves me so much time and now it's even paying for my spring break to Orlando," said Jamela Landry, a Texas Woman's University student. "Accessing my account is so simple, and all the card features offer a big help in my daily life, including managing my refunds."

"I told everyone I know to use their card, being a full-time student and working mom, I am always pressed for time, so having my card has definitely made my life easier," said Soummala Chanthavong, a Georgia Perimeter College student.
