Mr. DeBaar's responsibilities will include business development and sales of Higher One products and services to leading colleges and universities throughout parts of the Southeast, Midwest and Middle Atlantic United States, including Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, DC.

He has developed extensive sales, business development and relationship management experience through his tenure with companies including ISC-Bunker Ramo, an Olivetti Company and a leading provider of branch automation systems to financial institutions; OneSource Information Services, Inc., formerly a division of Lotus Development Corporation; Baan, a leading provider of Corporate Accounting, HR, Payroll and Financial Analysis software applications; and HNC Software, the industry leader in credit card fraud prevention and analytic software.
