Mr. Hatton has 20 years of diverse general and executive management experience in a variety of industries with
organizations ranging from Fortune 50 multi-nationals to entrepreneurial start-ups. Most recently, Mr. Hatton was President and CEO of
Yclip, Inc., a direct marketing promotion company that Mr. Hatton sold to First Data Corporation. Mr. Hatton has been Executive Vice
President and COO of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, the second largest corporate travel and expense management organization in the world,
and Senior Vice President at Citigroup where he was CEO of Travelers Property Casualty Direct Response, a business unit of Citigroup
which generated over $1 Billion in premiums annually. Earlier in his career Mr. Hatton had senior management responsibilities at
Great Western Bank (Washington Mutual) and Midlantic National Bank (PNC Bank) in commercial, consumer and mortgage banking businesses.
Mr. Hatton has a BA in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a graduate degree from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Prior to founding Higher One, College Pro employed Mr. Volchek, where he most recently held the position of General Manager. In this role, he was responsible for College Pro's operations in the state of Connecticut and had full P&L responsibility for the region, which included over 15 franchises and 200 employees. In this role, Mark won various awards including Manager of the Year. Mr. Volchek has a BA and MA in Economics from Yale University. He was a founding officer of the Yale Entrepreneurial Society (YES). This non-profit organization promotes entrepreneurship among Yale students, faculty and alumni; today it has over 1,000 members. Mr. Volchek now serves on the Board of YES.
Appointed to and elected Chairman of the Tweed New Haven Airport Authority in 2007, Mark is actively involved in promoting economic development initiatives in the New Haven area. Other civic roles include positions on the New Haven Economic Development Commission and the Regional Growth Partnership strategic planning committee.

Prior to founding Higher One, Miles was a member of the invention team at Walker Digital, where he worked on intellectual property for companies such as Priceline and Retail DNA. Previously, he worked in Silicon Valley as a computer consultant. During college, he was Rookie of the Year at Flying Colors Painting where he managed a residential painting franchise.
Active in the New Haven community, Miles is a member of the Port Authority of New Haven and Yale’s Advisory Committee on Investor Responsibility. He founded the Yale Entrepreneurial Society (YES) where he also serves on the board of directors. Recipient of the Elm-Ivy Award, Miles was recognized by the Mayor of New Haven and the President of Yale for strengthening partnerships among the New Haven and Yale communities. He is a volunteer tax preparer and is the creator of Cluefest, an annual city-wide scavenger hunt.
He was born in Texas, grew-up in San Francisco and attended high school at Phillips Academy, Andover. Miles holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Yale.

Before joining Higher One in 2000, Mr. McGuane was a Business Manager for SPS, Inc. in Boston, Ma where he had planning, operations and P & L responsibility in his region for commercial contracting projects. Prior to that, Mr. McGuane was a Senior District Manager in with College Pro, where he was responsible for franchise operations in Southeast Massachusetts and the recipient of the 'New England Division First Year Manager of the Year' award. Mr. McGuane has a Bachelor in Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and is a member of the URI Alumni community. With Higher One, Mr. McGuane helped with the creation and rollout of OneFinance, OneDisburse and OneSupport. He led the development of Higher One's client setup, integration and support methodology and currently is responsible for client account operations, setups, and administrative support. He is a member of Higher One's Product Steering Committee and an officer of the company. |

Mr. Reach has extensive sales management experience with a number of innovative companies focusing on the financial
services industry, including several early stage technology companies. His experience includes leading the Financial Services
Group for CompuServe on Wall Street, serving the high value information needs for The Street's best known financial services
companies. His tenure with Lotus Development Corporations' One Source division, involved several levels of sales management
and international business development and included its MBO as an independent company. While VP Sales for Metatec Corporation,
Mr. Reach helped to double the companies' revenue. At S1 Corporation Mr. Reach delivered multi-channel customer information
for enterprise banking applications. Additionally, Mr. Reach served as Director of Partner Relations for HNC Software, the
industry leader in Credit Card fraud prevention and analytic software. Mr. Reach's responsibilities at Higher One include
revenue generation and the continued development of the sales team.

Mr. Jones joined Higher One in August 2001. Prior to that, he was an independent consultant in the banking industry,
working with a number of clients to improve their operational efficiency, data processing and financial controls. From 1995 to
1999, he served as President and CEO of Southwestern National Bank in Houston, Texas, which he developed from an idea through
application phase to viability. Mr. Jones was responsible for all aspects of opening Southwestern National, including regulatory
applications, policy and procedure development, bank vendor selection and asset management. From 1980 to 1995, he served as CFO
and Director of Capital Bank in Houston. Mr. Jones is a graduate of the University of Houston and a veteran of the United States
Navy. At Higher One, Mr. Jones is responsible for banking related operations.
